Project Kick-off
At the outset, I engage clients in a comprehensive discussion to understand their vision, objectives, and preferences. This phase lays the foundation for a tailored design, where we delve into the functional requirements and aesthetic aspirations of the project.
Moodboard & First Iterations
Crafting a visual narrative, we develop a moodboard that encapsulates the design direction. Initial iterations incorporate client feedback, refining the concept into a cohesive blueprint that aligns with their tastes and the project’s objectives.
Initial fee
We take pride in our work and take your points and desires in high regard and consideration when we develop the first iterations of the design. Our fees are competitive and we will endeavour to beat the competition, because we know you cannot do better than us.
Feedback & Subsequent Iterations
Client input is paramount. I actively seek feedback on design proposals, facilitating an iterative process that hones in on the perfect balance between client vision and my design expertise. This collaborative approach ensures the final design surpasses expectations.
Coordination with your strata
We will do all the hard work with your strata managers and owners corporations. This process can be technical specially if your design requires new flooring, remodelling wet rooms such as the bathroom or laundry, or working on structural walls.
Engagement and contracts
Making sure you are satisfied with the general scope of the work, we will use standard contracts developed by NSW Fair Trading for construction works. You can be assured of quality and workmanship, because we use the Standards and Tolerances developed by the NSW Government body.
Project Implementation
With a finalised design in hand, I orchestrate the implementation of the project. Coordinating with artisans and suppliers, I oversee the execution, ensuring every detail aligns with the approved design. This phase culminates in the realisation of the envisioned space.
